Product Liability

We maintain a national reputation and growing practice in the area of product liability defense. We serve as national and regional trial and coordinating counsel for the welding rod industry and are particularly effective at explaining to jurors the complex scientific and technical issues that often arise in product liability cases. We have more than 250 product liability cases pending across the country, from Arizona to North Dakota to Kentucky.

We have represented manufacturers and distributors of a variety of products in courtrooms across the country. Those matters include products liability cases for various manufacturers of welding products, motors and boats, asbestos, underground storage tanks, automatic door systems, hand and power tools and heavy machinery, and other industrial products.
