Steven M. Shear currently concentrates his practice in the areas of toxic tort liability and product liability. He has been a member of the firm's national welding group since 2005. In November, 2007, he was a member of the firm's trial team on behalf of the welding industry in a MDL case in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Shear also has legal experience in construction law, medical malpractice and general civil litigation. Prior to joining the Gloor Law Group, he began his career as a plaintiff's attorney where he took three trials to verdict, including a five million dollar verdict on behalf of his client.

He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
