Lawyers at the Gloor Law Group have a national record of success in litigation. Recent successes in General Litigation include:
-Sept. 2011- Stephen P. Ellenbecker was successful at trial in representation of Plaintiff. The case involved a rear-end collision by a semi-tractor-trailer truck. A verdict of 1.7 million was returned against all defendants. Mr. Ellenbecker was assisted by Steven M. Shear and Sarah E. Kirberg.
-Nov. 2010- Stephen P. Ellenbecker supported by his team: Steven M. Shear; Sarah E. Kirberg; Angela Shannon; and Lizette Hernandez was successful at trial in obtaining a Verdict for the Defense on behalf of the Firm's Welding client. The jury returned a unanimous verdict after only 40 minutes of deliberation concluding that welding fumes did not cause the plaintiff's condition.
-Jan. 2010- Sandra E. Kupelian obtained a Dismissal on behalf of her client in a case in which Plaintiff filed a suit for defamation stemming from a statement made by the Defendant to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Committee (ARDC) in the course of an official inquiry.
-Jan.2010- Sandra E. Kupelian was successful in winning an Appeal for her client in reference to a dispute involving a commercial rental agreement. Plaintiff claimed Defendant made knowingly false statements in that rental payments for several periods were less than what was owed.
