Additionally, out of commitment to our clients' billing guidelines and litigation programs, The Gloor Law Group has created an internal legal audit department. We have a legal auditor on staff with nearly twenty years of experience who reviews our firm's billing product for correct client guideline application as well as for adherence to any particular client's litigation program before any invoices are sent out for payment.
Our legal auditor also conducts periodic training meetings for our legal staff to ensure the billing objectives of our clients expressed in their billing guidelines are understood and respected as a contract between the firm and each of its individual clients.
